Returns & Exchanges Policy
Our Refund Philosophy
We accept the returns with the objective of making our customers satisfied with their purchase from us. We request customers to fully test out the product and offer troubleshooting tips for quick solutions.
We gladly accepts returns of new, unopened items purchased on our website for a refund within 7 days of delivery after receiving Items at our store. Item Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the original address of the order.
Products and Services which are offered by Cannabisboxes.us are customized according to the client's query, it is recommended that the customer must inform the company, if the delivered products are not according to their requirements and specifications, or are defective, Email us at support@Cannabisboxes.us within 3 working days after receiving the order.
Dead on Arrivals (DOA) Policy
All Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Item claims must be reported back to us within 3 working days from the time of delivery. Please check your items carefully upon receiving. It is your responsibility to check the items within the given time span and inform us of any problem. Minor scratches and discoloration are considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by us.
We do not guarantee compatibility between items. If you have any questions about color compatibility, please do your research or send us a question before placing your order. We will not accept returns due to incompatibility.
If you would like to submit a request for refund, replacement or exchange, please contact our returns department by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please mention your FULL NAME, ORDER Number, phone number, and detailed reason for the return. Kindly attach pictures or video proof of the issue. If the return is approved, you will be notify of further instructions on returning the package. Replacements are shipped out after we receive the defective item back at our center.
Return Shipping Costs
A charge back is not an option. But we do offer a free re-print of the order is provided by the company, if the fault in the product is proven to be on the company's side. The defect is determined by the management team of Cannabis Boxes. Full order item must shipped back within 7 working days by the customer at their own cost along with proper documents or product's defects and digital photographs so that the order can be reprinted correctly. If the fault is at the client's end and still they want a refund, they will have to send us back the printed job, a charge back will be provided after deducting the product's setup and shipping cost by the company.
Refund may issue back to the original payment method that you use while purchasing (Credit card, debit card, MasterCard, Payoneer etc). Please allow up to 10-15 business days for us to process a return once we receive items back at our facility.
